Council Staff
The council employs a full-time clerk, administrator, groundsman, one part-time assistant groundsman and one part-time road sweeper. The clerk's overall responsibility is to implement the policy decisions of the council and to manage the business of the council efficiently and in accordance with the law. The clerk is also the appointed Responsible Financial Officer for the council. The administrator is responsible for the management of the swimming pool and village hall and assists the clerk as necessary.
