Meetings

The full council meets bi-monthly and the committees usually on a two or three monthly basis.  All the meetings are open to the public and information about the meetings and other council business is displayed on the notice boards in the Somerfield precinct and Village Hall car park.  Parishioners have the opportunity at all meetings to raise questions and put forward their points of view.  Meetings of the council and committees are held in the Meeting Room at the Village Hall.

Councillors are always pleased to receive questions, comments and suggestions.  The ideal time for parishioners to put forward their points of view is at the Annual Parish Assembly.
